Butterfly cards

At the end of last year we taught this very popular class using the Sizzix Big Shots machine, an embossing folders and Spellbinder dies - Les Papillion and Scalloped Circles.

Below is the card which provided our original inspiration for the class card. 

We had planned to use an embossing folder in a class yet had not come up with the design yet. Then one of our very clever customers brought this card into show us. Tracey made this card for a 40th birthday and brought it in to show us. I loved the layout so much that with her permission we used her layout as a starting point and  designed the class card to suit what we wanted teach in class.

Periwinkle!

Here is a display that we have up in the shop.

 We used the Periwinkle 6.5" paper pad and collectables from Kaiser along with their Ribbon Roses, Pearl Strips, Mini Paper Blooms, Rub ons and Pearl Flourishes to decorate the cards.

Lorraine's cards

Lorraine (one of our clever customers) teaches at a local church craft group with Jill on Tuesdays.

Shirley's cards

Shirley (one of our very clever customers) made some amazing Christmas cards using her Sizzix Big Shots machine and the lovely Spellbinder Poinsettia dies.

Christmas cards from our lovely customers

Jill and I  received a lovely collection of Christmas cards from our customers at Christmas time. 

We thought we would share them with you and show you what a great job they did.

As we have been so busy in the shop this is the first bit of time I have had to update the blog.
